ADIS16203 software error

Hi I am trying to evaluate the ADIS16203 with the ADISUSBZ board, my software seems to install fine (both of an XP-32 bit and Windows 7 32 bit machine).  When I go to run the program I get a windows error message "Required I/O drivers cannot be installed"

Can you help me figure this out?
