I just stumbled onto your ADIsimPower Excel issue comment.
We may have fixed the issue already but in some instances the language setting of your operating system (not Excel) affects how Excel interprets commas and periods ("," or ".").
If you still have issues with it you should change the system language settings to be formatted in English (United States)
Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Region and Language\Format
Not all tools need this, it depends on some sorting instruction that MS excel defines differently in different regions.
We have moved away from that function but it's possible you may have had an older version of the tool.
