Here are a couple more important points:

1. The ADIS16488AMLZ falls under the ADIS16488 generic and is calibrated over a temperature range of -40 to +70C.
2. The ADIS16488BMLZ and ADIS16488CMLZ fall under the ADIS16488A is calibrated over a temperature range of -40 to +85C.
3. The ADIS16488CMLZ goes through a separate test that verifies basic operation at -55C, but otherwise is exactly the same as the ADIS16488BMLZ.

The ADIS16488A datasheet also offers an Ordering Guide that illustrates the difference in the minimum temperature of the operating temperature range.

I cannot speak to Digikey's offering for these products, but I can envision how it might take some time for this to make its way there.  If they are you preferred source, perhaps you can help them by asking about these models.
