OS requirement for FMCOMMS 2EBZ

Hi,

when we referred the below link,

we came to know that 64-bit xilinx ISE is required to generate Xilinx netlist files.

1. Is this mandatory?

2. Is it OK to use 32-bit xilinx ISE?

3. we have a windows 2008,64-bit PC,will xilinx ISE support this OS,if it suuports can we use this PC for generating Xilinx netlist files of ad-fmcomms2-ebz?
