Do I need to tap the SCO to MCU Interrupt also to sync FSI signal wrt SCO (or) without caring can I simply made FSI low, does ADC will recognize at the falling edge of SCO?
Ok, If MCU is still the slave for writing the data, after FSI signal is made low before few SCO clock periods, does ADC pumps some dummy data to get the data from the MCU shift register?

If FSO is not tied to CS pin, then do I need to tie CS to ground to make it always enable? Then how shall I use FSO signal?
Could you please elaborate and provide me the interface diagram and the procedure to read/write data from ADC. Our selected MCU is Freescale's K20
