Sorry for replying late. I am attaching the block diagram of my circuit.I need an oscillator which culd be the source to drive the transmitter at 20MHz. the transmitter circuit has an AD8000 amplifier and piezoelectric disc. Receiver is made of a rectifier circuit with ADC connect to arduino to make it automated by detecting the liquid level.
