Thanks Kenny. I ran the numbers through my head and calculator many times and came up with the same numbers. I'm in discussions with the boss on possible alternatives. Maybe using analog ramp circuit for a fixed 100kHz, then using DDS for the lower freq at the full 14bit resolution.
