Be aware that a 100kHz ramp waveform means generating one complete ramp cycle in 10us. If you want to build the ramp by stepping through a full range of 14 bits, you'll need to take at least 2^14 steps in 10us, which corresponds to a clock rate of over 1.6GHz.
This could turn into quite a challenge.
