Those THD readings are very high, that basically means that most of your signal is in the harmonics rather than in the fundamental frequency.
With the evaluation software, could you please take some waveform samples of the Phase A current and voltage signal with the Waveform Sampling window. Then in the Harmonic Calculations window, for the Phase A tab, and Harmonic Analysis tab, with the default settings could you do a harmonic analysis and send a picture of the plot.
This would help a lot in understanding what is going on. It will be good to figure out the issue you are having in this discussion (https://ez.analog.com/message/164887#164887) too because these two issues may be related.
