Thank you for clarifying. There are a number of error sources that will prevent you from measuring a perfect zero with every sample, even though the device is not rotating. In fact, these behaviors, which are often dependent on environmental conditions, separate the different classes gyroscopes on the market and often dictate their price. Noise, initial bias error, bias temperature coefficient, and linear-g are four examples of parameters that describe the opportunity for error. Based on what you have offered so far, it would seem like you are observing normal noise. Does that help?
