Hello,
i am running an ADIS16364 and i made measurements from -20°C to +80°C to compare the Data with those who are in the Datasheet.
As in the Datasheet there should be a maximum deviation of about 0.05 mg /°C for the Accelerometer.
As you can see in the picture in my Test there is a lot more.
Did i read the Datasheet wrong ?
