Does ADV7182 have no problem when the SOC drives P[7:0] and LLC pins if TOD and TRI_LLC are set?

I have a question about Tristate Output Drivers of ADV7182.

I think P[7:0], HS, VS/FIELD/SFL and LLC pins can be tri-stated (Hi-impedance) via TOD, Address 0x03[6] and TRI_LLC, Address 0x1D[7].

Question:
When these registers are set, can external device (SOC etc.) drive to these output pins?
Does ADV7182 have no problem when the SOC drives P[7:0] and LLC pins if TOD and TRI_LLC are set?

Background:
The customer wants input pins of the external device (SOC) to be output pins temporarily for boundary scan testing.
