ADV7511 registers read in ZC702 of xilinx

Hi,  I want to debug HDMI interface in zc702 of xilinx, and there is ADV7511 in this platform.

when I want to access the registers of adv7511, there is a problem. the output of adv7511 registers is 0x12 when I read them through the z7c02 Ps_iic. Also, I have notice that the chip revision of adv7511 is 0x12.

I am so confused. Beacaus my program can access all the other iic devices, for example, RTC8564, Si570, eeprom in zc702 board, and so on.

Is there any difference between adv7511 and the other iic devices about iic protocol ?
