thank you for your response! I got the linux system working at last by using the latest buildroot-distribution from ADI's SourceForge site. Before I used the official buildroot distribution which seems not to work with the BF609 properly?
But the problem with the empty CHIPID is still there, is this supposed to be a bug or is this feature not implemented yet?
