If you operate the device within the specified range I do not believe you should blow up the part even across frequency. I see the slight discrepancy in the max rating power number as you had explained in your posting; however keep the power supply between 3.3V and 3.6V and you should not damage the device.
The ADL5561 has the same resistance tolerance as the ADL5562.
If I understand you correctly you plan on taking one leg of the differntial output to drive one device and then using the opposite leg to drive a second device, correct? I do not recommend this for a couple of reasons. Assuming the noise doesn't change from differential mode to single ended mode, the SNR will be much degraded because you will have 6 dB less power at the output for the same noise level. This assumption that the noise will not degrade in single-ended mode is a big assumption because with single-ended drive there will be no common mode rejection. At the end of the day you will have less outpput power and more noise so your SNR will definitely suffer.
