I am sorry that I misunderstood you and was incorrect on your native language. That is what I get for guessing. The time capture buffers are 1024 samples long. Check out page 10 on the ADIS16223 datasheet for more details, but here is a snap shot of the buffer structure and data flow. I believe you can click on the image to enhance the resolution.
