the SPI Communication Problem with ADRF6806

Hi Sir:

I use the adrf6806 for an Energy Metering application.

At first i can lock the 6806,but  after several times i write command, I can not access the spi.

Next is my register set

also i can't find the out of REFIN  from MUXOUT when R4=0x8A17E4;

I use the FPGA's 3.3V bank access the adrf6806's spi Logic. the rising spur exess 3.6V.

i guess the spur can breakdown the spi logic,how to verify it?
