You will need to test to see exactly what is working and what is not working. What is the state of the system when it is not working? If the ADAu1446 is supposed to be a master then is it outputting clocks? If your MCU is setting the 1446 into a certain mode then is that happening? For instance, if you set up clock port 3 to output clocks then is that happening? The first thing is to determine that the part is receiving commands properly.
When you say it has no output, did you check with an oscilloscope to see if there is I2S/TDM data on the proper output port?
How is the system clocked? Are you using a crystal? If so then is the crystal oscillating? Do you have all the proper power supplies to the ADAU1446?
The idea here is to see if the part has when it needs to function, is there data coming in? Power, Clocks, I2C commands etc.
Then this information can help point us in the direction of where to look next.
