You can use the two shortcuts named "ADI Update Tools" and "ADI Update Boot" located on the desktop or you can open a Terminal Emulator and run "sudo adi_update_tools" and "sudo adi_update_boot". The process is described in the "Staying up to date" section from the same wiki page (Zynq & Altera SoC Quick Start Guide [Analog Devices Wiki]).
