The programming sequence to use the PowerGood Counter is to program the Power Good Counter register with desired value in the application code before entering the hibernate mode.
After the entering the Hibernate mode, the DPM preserves the state of the DPM_PGCNTR, in the DPM-HV, which is powered by the VDD_EXT power domain. So even though the VDDINT is collapsed during the hibernate the PGCNTR is preserved and is used after the wakeup.
