Are you sure 3.0.3.8 allows frequency hopping for the HMC834LP6GE? The screen capture you sent is when the evaluation software is loaded for HMC820LP6CE. When I try to use 3.2.5.0 for that same part, I also get "Frequency Hop" as an option (I'm attaching a screenshot for reference). However, when the eval software is loaded for HMC834LP6GE, I don't get "Frequency Hop" as an option.
Also, it seems like "Frequency Hop" only allows jumping between frequencies, but it's unclear whether it sweeps linearly between them. Any idea if that is true?
