(ADV7282-M)Can I use Diag-pin when I'm using CVBS(single)?

I have a few questions about ADV7282-M.

1)

Can I use Diag-pin when I'm using single-ended CVBS ?

If I can use Diag-pin , could you tell me how to use it?

2)

If I can't use Diag-pin , should I leave Diag-pin "open"?

And not to use Diag pin, do I have to do I have too access some register?

Or do I have to shut the power of DIAG-SLICER?
