Recommended antenna for aducrf101 design

Hi,

  We are evaluating EV-ADUCRF101QSP3Z. We'd like to go ahead and make a board.

1) We would like to know if Analog could share BOM file for this ref design, and if possible other CAD design files.

2) We are wondering if there is any other ref design available with a chip antenna or pcb antenna? If so what are the part numbers? or some documents related to that?
