Using the circuit in the second image. The output of the core is 0.4mV (400uV) says my Fluke 787 when the IBUFIN+ (pin 5) is attached to common. The voltage of OBUFOUT is 21.4mV when attached to the core. When i isolate the output buffer and attach the OBUFIN+ to common through a 16K ohm, the OBUFOUT is 22.6mV. power supply is +15.02 and -15.08. Do you think the output buffer is damaged?
