The connection requires DC block capacitors and an external 100 Ohm differential termination resistor because the AD9129 input Z is 10 kOhms. See page 50 in the AD9129 datasheet.
Output power levels from the HMC830 are shown in Figures 9 & 10 on page 6 of the HMC830 datasheet. These power levels are as observed on each output leg into a 50 Ohm termination. From this, you can calculate the effective differential peak-to-peak output voltage into a 100 Ohm termination. The output power level of the HMC830 can be adjusted under software register control (4 programmable levels).
