Hi Francisco,
Simultaneous application of VDD/VSS, then AVCC, DVCC and Vdrive would be the correct sequence. Once the part is powered up then applty the analog input signals.
If the analog input signals cannot be supplied after power up place 240ohn resistors on the inputs to limit the input current and schottky diodes on the VDD and VSS supplies.
The power supply configuration section on page 29 of the datasheet has an explanation of this.
