With respect to your question on calibration:
What are you trying to accomplish? The ADIS16480 goes through an extensive calibration in its manufacturing process, which produces unit-specific/sensor-specific correction formulas that addresses temperature-dependent behaviors for sensitivity (scale factor), bias and axial alignment. The post-calibration behaviors are not going to be zero, no matter how much your calibrate these devices, so in the end, this comes back to, what do you need? As a side note, calibration DOES NOT lower noise. Assuming you are supporting normal operation, that is done through optimizing your sample rates and filtering solution. I look forward to hearing back from you and will help anyway I can.
Very best,

I think this portion of my question can be set aside for now. We don't need anything special, normal operation is all we're looking for. It seems we will just need help figuring out our sample rates (the evaluation software tells us this is roughly 2460 samples per second, so we'll use this) and how to filter out data. The data filtering comes up in my noise observation section, so let's consolidate this forum thread to that one.
Thanks,
