I have tried SCART RGB script, the output clock is 27M, but I think for progressive 525P/60Hz input, the output clock should be 54M in SDR mode, is that right? so I still used the YPbPr script and config the CSC by referring to the ADV7401 datasheet. Now the output is encoded correctly.
